Team Camps
To sign your team up for a week of Team Camp email:
These camps are designed to meet the
needs of the individual team, and are organized in conjunction with a club
or a team's general manager or coach. USP Soccer uses their experienced
directors to plan a week long team camp aimed at the travel level player.
These curricula are based on training experienced in professional youth
organizations all around the world. They are also
catered to the teams needs based on meetings with the team coach. Areas
that are covered include:

Technique work in all areas of the game

Decision making
-
Speed, agility, and conditioning
-
Functional training
-
Technical / tactical work
-
Team building
These camps are held in the morning from 9am to 12pm / 9am to 3pm or evening
from 5pm to 8pm at the field of your choice
or if you wish to sign up your team for one of our recreational camps we
cater for that also.
